Two high school sweethearts,
one American dream.
Hung Dinh and Van Le fell for each other back in high school, then set out together to build a new life in Houston, Texas. Somewhere along the way, home cooking became a second language — 100% plant-based, out of both love and conviction. After more than fifteen years perfecting recipes at their own table, they opened Fushion Café to bring that same food, and that same welcome, to the rest of the city.
